Page Murphy, Trainer
I have always been a sport and fitness enthusiast and a person with a passion for helping others. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science form Salisbury University. As an intern, I volunteered at a local Physical Therapy Clinic and had the opportunity to work with an array of sport injuries, impairments, and modalities. I acquired my AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Personal Trainer Certification) in the summer of 2006 and have been training and educating since.

My passion and inspiration for helping others started at a very young age. Growing up with a younger brother with cerebral palsy. Watching him overcome life’s challenges has given me an appreciation for the life that I have been blessed with as well as inspired me to help others. I believe that with inspiration and motivation anyone can handle any challenge, no matter how big.
